Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Lead Stream Call Center, we are committed to delivering our services with professionalism and transparency.

Fulfillment of Services

Lead Stream Call Center provides business-to-business cold calling and lead generation services. Upon receipt of full upfront payment, service fulfillment begins within five (5) business days unless otherwise communicated in writing. Services are executed based on the package agreed upon during onboarding and outlined in your service agreement.

All services — including cold calling campaigns, data management, and client support — are coordinated and managed by our internal team. Clients are not required to provide data or scripts unless otherwise arranged.

Refund Policy

All payments made to Lead Stream Call Center are non-refundable once the service period has begun. This includes cases where the client elects not to use the services after payment has been submitted.

Refunds are only considered if no services were delivered within the designated timeline due to fault on our part. In such cases, the client may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the service start date.

Partial refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected].

Please note:

  • Service will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for early termination within an active billing cycle, as services are pre-paid.
